Here are the Ducks!

I found the ducks video! For those out there who are obsessive-compulsive about checking my blog (everyone I'm sure) this is actually a re-post. I posted it once and used totally improper English for my title, and since I have this thing about proper English, I just had to re-post with a proper title... ho hum, enjoy!

I just saw the coolest thing on "Planet Earth"... Mandarin ducks are hatched in nests about 15 to 20 feet above the ground in trees. When they are a mere 24 hours old they jump, yes jump out of their nests to the ground below. I wish I had a video of it, it was incredible. Adorable yes, but so trusting as well. Their mom is at the bottom, encouraging them to jump. 24 hours old!!

So, I'm feeling uninspired right now. I've been doing a whole lot of studying and not much else. You know what they say: A whole lot of studying makes Emily a dull girl. Temporarily that is. I have about a week and three days until the "Big Test". If it goes well, which I'm praying it will, you will all definitely know. If it doesn't go well, then, c'est la vie.

Tomorrow I have a tennis appointment. I am sooooo excited about learning to play tennis. I can't wait. Pretty much because I love ping pong, and tennis is just like giant ping pong right?
I'll probably be a natural at it and quit PT to make tons of money on the tennis circuit.

I gotta go practice my backhand.

the Luckiest

Yesterday I made a very technological purchase...I bought my first web camera! Now I can talk to all my friends as if they were right here, which I love. Annnnnd it came with some cool software. So....instead of studying today, I made a video! Enjoy :)
